At New Smiles Studio, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality dental care at an affordable price. That’s why we offer an in-house membership plan to help our patients save money on their dental care and receive the treatment they need to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile.
Our in-house membership plan is designed to provide you with the preventive care and routine services you need to keep your teeth and gums healthy, all at a low annual cost.

Adult
Membership Plan- 2 Annual Cleanings
- 1 Exam
- X-ray Check up Series (1 per year)
- Full Mouth X-rays (1 every 5 years)
- Emergency Exam and X-ray (1 per year if needed)
- Include a 15% discount on all restorative treatment.
Periodontal Maintenance Patients
Membership Plan- $120 Periodontal Maintenance (cleanings)
- $189/quad Scaling and Root Planing
- 1 Exam
- X-ray Check up Series (1 per year)
- Full Mouth X-rays (1 every 5 years)
- Emergency Exam and X-ray (1 per year if needed)
- Include a 15% discount on all restorative treatment.
Child
Membership Plan- 2 Annual Cleanings
- 1 Exam
- X-ray Check up Series (1 per year)
- Full Mouth X-rays (1 every 5 years)
- 1 Fluoride Treatment
- Emergency Exam and X-ray (1 per year if needed)
- Include a 15% discount on all restorative treatment.
IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLAIMER: The In-House Membership Plan offered by New Smiles Studio & Melanie Marshall DDS, Inc. is not insurance, but a discount program for services rendered. This plan is only valid at our dental office and cannot be used at other dental practices. All payment for cosmetic or restorative treatments must be made at the time of service. To receive services, the membership dues must be current. The membership discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. It is the patient’s responsibility to schedule and attend their appointments. No refunds will be given for any dues paid. The monthly membership agreement is with New Smiles Studio & Melanie Marshall DDS, Inc. The monthly dues and fees for dental services may be subject to change without notice. Payment management services are provided by illumitrac℠.
